Webex Suite is a new way of packaging Cisco’s collaboration apps. In today’s new hybrid workforce, we want to highlight our capabilities to our customers by making our products easily accessible while providing seamless integration between our apps.

UX/UI
Users of Cisco’s products today don't have a single place to change their common settings across all of their apps. Today’s experience is disjointed and management of personal account settings can be found in multiple places (ie. settings.webex.com, idbroker, webex calling, and people.webex.com). The Webex Suite team was tasked with utilizing Homebase as a one-stop shop for Webex users to set up all of their profile and general settings in one place. They also wanted users to be able to launch and learn more about their individual Webex Suite applications.

03. the takeaway
This was my first lead UX design role at Cisco and I learned how to collaborate with many business stakeholders including a lead Project manager and Developer to build out the website based on business requirements and leadership feedback. I learned a lot about the product lifecycle especially the research and ideating process of UX design.
